when Beorn shows up on the Battlefield, claws out and ready for action, it's like the arrival of a sixth army. we see him here, just having turned back into a man, bearing the mortally wounded Thorin Oakenshield in his arms with Bolg lying beheaded at his feet. even as a man he's never that un-bearlike.

He's certainly very bear-ish. I've got a cousin named Bjorn (same name, different spelling) it's uncanny how he resembles the one in The Hobbit in his manner (and even grew a wild black beard once- looked like a mountain man, though undoubtedly not as robust as this one. xD Beorn is definitely one of the most interesting characters ever; glad you made this excellent tribute to him!
